Terms
Public service terms
Tailored recommendations
Blue Hangar identifies business-specific opportunities and may present tailored recommendations. The public website is not a self-serve marketplace, catalog, or purchasing flow.
Proposals define final scope
Final deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, pricing, approvals, and support terms are defined in each signed proposal or service agreement.
No work begins without approval
Blue Hangar may review opportunities or prepare recommendations, but client work begins only after the appropriate approval, agreement, or authorization is in place.
Third-party costs
Some projects require third-party services such as domains, hosting, phone numbers, AI usage, email, SMS, calendars, payment tools, or software integrations. Those costs may be billed separately or passed through according to the client agreement.
Monthly service fees
Monthly fees may include hosting, maintenance, basic support, monitoring, minor updates, usage, or access to configured systems depending on the project scope.
Ownership and access
Ownership of custom work, content, accounts, code, designs, and data should be defined in the signed client agreement. Blue Hangar may need administrative access to operate and maintain configured systems.
Service availability
Blue Hangar works to provide reliable systems, but no website, AI provider, phone carrier, hosting provider, or integration can be guaranteed to operate without interruption.
Lawful use and consent
Clients are responsible for lawful use of their systems, including privacy, call recording, transcription, consent, disclosure, marketing, payment, industry-specific, and data-retention requirements.
